About Me

I'm Lucy Ravitch--a wife, mother, educator, and all-around awesome lady! I have always loved math (I'm talking, before I was five years old), and I love to make it fun for kids of all ages, but my specialty is elementary age kids.

I started this blog to get a teacher following so that when my fun, hands-on math book came out I would have people to share it with! Well, I got to publish that book in the summer of 2015 and even take it onto Good Morning America too!

I hope to instill a love of learning and help everyone enjoy math and life just a bit more!
